according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Retail Banking Customer
Satisfaction Study(SM). This is the fourth year in a row TD Bank has ranked

The study, conducted in January 2009, measures customer satisfaction within
retail banking through six factors: transactions, account statements, account
initiation/product offerings, facility, fees and problem resolution.
