MFund will provide funding for up to 50 entrepreneurs or companies to develop
web, mobile, or kiosk-based face visualization and processing applications

TORONTO, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ModiFace Inc., developer of patent-pending,
artificially intelligent, life-like face and body simulations performed on
user-uploaded photos, today announced the ModiFace MFund, a $1,000,000 funding
program for entrepreneurs. This program consists of cash, resources, and
support for entrepreneurs to build their own virtual makeover applications
using ModiFace's fully automated facial modification platform.

ModiFace, which in 2008 launched the world's first fully automated face
processing platform based on years of research, employs unique facial
recognition and calibration techniques for instantaneous, realistic beauty
simulations. The MFund program will accept applications from entrepreneurs
representing unique business or branding ideas, and will grant winning entries
extensive access to ModiFace's technology platform and personnel.

"ModiFace will provide each winning applicant with full access to our
technology, advertising and public relations support, and site monetization
guarantees to help them get their businesses off the ground, for a total value
of $20,000 per team," said Dr. Parham Aarabi, founder and CEO of ModiFace.

ModiFace will give the most weight to applicants representing one or more of
the following categories:

-- New and unique ideas outside the scope of existing websites equipped
        with ModiFace technology.
-- Visualization/makeover tools tied to a specific product or brand.
-- Technology based on new platforms like social networking, mobile or
        kiosk applications.

ModiFace's technology can automatically simulate facial modifications (such as
anti-aging, smile correction, and hair coloring), full face and body weight
loss/gain, skin color changes, cosmetic surgery, hairstyle alterations, and
image processing effects. Simulations are performed automatically on
user-uploaded photos within seconds.

To submit a proposal, please email a one-page executive summary to
