Leadcom Announces Appointment of Sachi Gerlitz as Director; Other Appointments

May 19, 2009, Hod Hasharon, Israel - Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd.
('Leadcom' or the 'Company', AIM: LEAD), a leading international provider of
innovative telecommunication solutions, announces that Mr. Issachar Simha
Gerlitz has been appointed today as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Such
appointment is effective until the next general meeting of the Company's
shareholders, at which the board will, in accordance with the Company's articles
of association, propose to the shareholders to appoint Mr. Gerlitz for a
three-year term. The remuneration of Mr. Gerlitz is also subject to the approval
of the Company's shareholders, in accordance with the Israeli law.

Mr. Gerlitz will add significant experience and expertise to the composition of
the Company's Board of Directors.

The following is a brief overview of Mr. Gerlitz`s biography:

Sachi Gerlitz, 56, has been serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer
of Ness Technologies, a leading IT services company based in Israel, with
revenues of US$650 million in 2008, since March 2007 and as a member of Ness
Technologies` Board of Directors since February 2007. Mr. Gerlitz has also been
serving as Chairman of Mobixell Networks since 2002 and as Chairman of the Board
of the Israel Mobile Association since 2004. Prior to joining Ness and until
2006, Mr. Gerlitz was a partner at Apax Partners, the large, global private
equity firm, for 6 years, where he focused on leveraged transactions and
technology investments. He has also served on the Boards of a number of public
and private companies such as: Bezeq, Starhome BV, Crescendo Networks and
Bitband Technologies. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Mr. Gerlitz held various
positions at Comverse Technologies, including: President of the Asia Pacific
Division, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Chief Technology
Officer, and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Gerlitz holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University
and is a graduate of the Business Administration Program for Industry Management
from the Bar-Ilan University.

Other Appointments:

On June 1, 2009, Mr. Claude Daguisy will retire from his position as the General
Manager of Ytelcom, although the Company is considering a possible reassignment
of Mr. Daguisy.

Mr. Yoel Bar-Gil, currently the CTO of the Company, will replace Mr. Daguisy,
effective as of June 1, 2009, as the General Manager of Ytelcom,

Mr. Oren Silbershatz, who served as General Manager of MEA, left the Company in
May, 2009
