26 Public Companies Now Confirmed to Present at Noble Financial Conference -
June 8 & 9, Hollywood, Florida

NEW YORK, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- With three weeks remaining, Noble Financial
Capital Markets has crossed the 125-company mark that plan to present at its
fifth annual equity conference - Austin Power Brokers - to be held at the
Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida (less than 10 minutes from Fort
Lauderdale International Airport), June 8 - 9, 2009. This year's final roster
of presenters is expected to be between 135 and 140.

Generally the selection process takes place throughout the year with
suggestions coming from a variety of sources including portfolio managers,
buy-side analysts, Noble Financial analysts, investor relations firms and from
the presenting companies themselves. While there is no shortage of
suggestions, getting an optimum blend of high-quality companies offering
diversity in sector representation, liquidity and market capitalization is
where Noble Financial places its attention. Market caps range from a high of
about $10 billion (McGraw Hill - NYSE) to around $50 million - the majority
being in the $130 million to $1 billion range.

Smaller-cap companies are more likely to fit this category but not
