Encore Energy Partners With Creative Rail Solutions for Railway Distribution,
Management, and Logistics Support

OXFORD, Miss., May 19, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Encore Energy Systems (Pink
Sheets:ENCS) announced today it has partnered with Creative Rail Solutions as
part of the Company's operational support team. Creative Rail will directly
manage and support the Company's railway fuel distribution plans and operations
for its bio-fuel production facilities.

The Company recently announced 5 additional bio-fuel facilities targeted for
acquisition. All facilities will require fuel distribution logistics support and
railway route management.

The Company has added Creative Rail to its growing team of professionals in
anticipation of explosive demand from the green-fuels sector.

The Company continues targeting distressed biodiesel asset purchases and
bio-fuel production and distribution agreements.
