Ontario may not have had the warmest weather this past long weekend, but
the city of Vaughan, just north of Toronto, has begun feeling more like
the Southwestern United States with the arrival of Ontario's first
Chili's(R) Grill & Bar in the Colossus Theatre Complex, opening its doors
to the public today.

To commemorate the opening, owner and operator Heath Everett and several
members of the Vaughan city council participated in a ribbon cutting
ceremony while the Chili's staff - industry veterans and newly-hired
"ChiliHeads" - cheered on.

"After almost two years of research and planning followed by six months
of construction, we're thrilled to be opening our doors, bringing

Covering over 6,300-square-feet, the restaurant boasts 329 seats,
including a sunny patio and full service bar where guests can enjoy an
authentic, hand-shaken Presidente Margarita(R). The Vaughan location is
the first of at least five Chili's Grill & Bar restaurants expected to
open in Ontario by 2013.

Chili's Vaughan is staffed with more than 150 employees who just finished
a 10-day operations training regimen with expert trainers from all over
the North America. In addition to several special seatings for members of
the local community, the Chili's team hosted an exclusive sneak-peek
event for friends, family and VIPs on Saturday, May 16, which included
players from the Toronto Argonauts and their cheerleading squad. For more
