today that Peggy K. Onstad has been named Publisher for Security Sales &
Integration and Campus Safety Magazines. Onstad brings over 25 years of
experience as a skilled business analyst with a strong background in
B-to-B publishing. 

    Onstad spent 25 years at such organizations as The Denver Post, LA
Weekly, Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, and publisher of Metro Boston
(owned by Metro International). In Boston, her start-up daily newspaper
became the number-one daily paper in the city of Boston. She later became
president of the New York Times/Metro Boston LLC and was part of the
management team that negotiated the first U.S. publishing partnership for
Metro International. Onstad was most recently at Advanstar
Communications, where she was General Manager and Group Publisher for ten
B-to-B magazines.
