Counterpoint Systems to Debut ProFiles Express at Licensing Expo

At the upcoming Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas, Counterpoint Systems
will launch a new product designed to help small to mid-sized companies manage
licensing agreements and process royalty payments. ProFiles Express is based on
the core elements of ProFiles, Counterpoint Systems` enterprise-level rights and
royalties management solution. It combines low cost of ownership with the
sophisticated tools smaller licensors and licensees need to manage assets and
process payments quickly, easily and accurately.

Counterpoint Systems will be showcasing ProFiles Express and other products at
Booth 524.

Until now, sophisticated specialized rights and royalty management software was
only available in the form of enterprise-scale applications that, for many
companies, are too complex and expensive. "ProFiles Express is an ideal solution
for licensors with a limited number of product lines and associated licensing
