WSFS Opens New Banking Office in Millsboro

WILMINGTON, Del., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WSFS Financial Corporation
(Nasdaq: WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, today announced the opening
of a new banking office located at 26644 Center View Drive in Millsboro, DE in
the Peninsula Crossing Shopping Center. The office features a new branch
design that focuses on enhanced stellar service with cross-functional personal
bankers able to assist all customers. The office will also include a coffee
bar, community conference room and a drive-up teller and ATM.

To celebrate the opening, the Bank held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday,
May 18 at 10:00 a.m. In attendance were honored guests, WSFS customers and

banking office in Ocean View, providing a total of six banking offices serving
Sussex County.

The WSFS Millsboro banking office has extended banking hours. The Bank is open
Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. -
3 p.m. The drive-up opens at 8 a.m. Monday-Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
In addition, there are more than 350 WSFS ATMs positioned in and around
Delaware providing convenience and access for WSFS customers.

A grand opening celebration is planned for both the Millsboro and Ocean View
banking offices on Saturday, June 13 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The grand
opening festivities will include giveaways like a $1,500 gift certificate to
Apple Vacations(R), a 42" flat screen TV, an Apple(R) iPod touch, great
activities for kids, food, music and more.
