two stocked lakes -- will sell at auction Tuesday, June 23, with Albert
Burney Auction Company managing the sale.

The property will sell in three parcels:

-- The home on approximately 34 acres, including a 10-acre lake stocked
with bass and crappie. Set on a wooded estate at the end of a half-mile
