Omnicom Group Inc. Declares Dividend

NEW YORK, May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom
Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per outstanding share of
its common stock. The dividend is payable on July 6, 2009, to Omnicom Group
common shareholders of record at the close of business on June 9, 2009.
