ibc Becomes Vitec's Reseller in the Netherlands

  STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, May 19 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Vitec Fastighetssystem has signed an agreement with International
Business Contracts Ltd. allowing them to sell Vitec's Energy Management
Software System WebEss, in the Dutch market.

    This is the first venture Vitec Fastighetssystem has undertaken since the
recent announcement that they would be pursuing international expansion.
The operational and competitive environment in the Netherlands provides
an ideal first step in Vitec's expansion into the pan-European market.

systems in The Netherlands and having closely investigated the European
