Indonesia air force; 64 killed in plane crash
JAKARTA May 20 (Reuters) - An Indonesian air force spokesman said on Wednesday that 64 people had been killed after a Hercules transport plane crashed in East Java.
Bambang Soelistyo said 11 crew and 99 people had been on board the aircraft, including air force personnel and civilian family members. Earlier, Metro Television reported police as saying 57 people had been killed. (Reporting by Olivia Rondonuwu; Writing by Ed Davies; Editing by Alex Richardson)
