Camposol Holding Plc.'s first quarter 2009 results are scheduled to be
released on Thursday 28 May 2009. In connection with the earnings release
a telephone conference will be held the same day at 02:00 p.m.
(CET-Norwegian time), as described below.

The quarterly results will be made available on the Oslo Stock Exchange
(OSE) website www.newsweb.no (ticker: CSOL) and on Camposol's website
