INDIANAPOLIS, IN, May 25 (MARKET WIRE) --
Digital marketing and video start-up Got2Know (G2K) has entered into a
joint venture with IT services firm Megachip Technologies. The joint
venture provides turnkey Internet and broadcast marketing solutions to
businesses of all sizes, educational institutions and non-profit
organizations.
By offering a "one-stop shop" for video production and content
distribution along with Internet marketing services, G2K is
cost-effective, so opportunities for marketing across traditional and
Internet channels are without limit. "Together, we provide a broader and
deeper complement of Internet marketing, video, e-commerce solutions and
IT support to businesses, educators and non-profit organizations," said
Sanjay Shukla, Megachip's Managing Director.
Got2Know saw tremendous synergies in combining forces with Megachip.
Together, they will produce, edit and distribute videos to customers'
websites and provide versions of the videos for broadcast commercials as
desired. "To offer our clients the most comprehensive services, we wanted
an IT partner who could support our expansion," said Lisa Feeley, G2K
co-founder. "Megachip has the right services, the right expertise and the
right management team."
The joint venture creates the only company in the U.S. providing a full
complement of turnkey Internet marketing solutions, and all at a price
below what a full page magazine ad might cost. "When you can provide high
quality videos to clients for a fraction of the price of the market and do
so easily, everyone is happy," Feeley said. "While most production
companies take several weeks or longer to schedule, complete filming and
edit videos, we complete the process in days."
The G2K videographers, located across the country, shoot short segments,
then edit and publish the videos. "Having video really increases the
chances that visitors are more engaged and take action, not to mention
they like to share the video link with a friend," said Craig Feeley, G2K
co-founder.
G2K has videos addressing hundreds of topics, ranging from finance, to
sports, to health care and school-related subjects, at www.igot2know.com.
G2K's mission is to create video vignettes for their customers that the
over 185 million Internet users might find of interest -- whether they
need or want information about how to buy a car or start a business.
The Indiana State Police partnered with G2K to create and host various
videos on topics ranging from Avoiding Accidents to Careers. Public
Information Officer Sgt. Anthony Emery said, "Video is a better means of
mass communications to get our public safety messages out. It's quick,
easy and cost effective. G2K was great to work with."
Another satisfied customer is Advanced Physical Therapy, which operates
the largest independently owned outpatient therapy clinic in Indiana.
Advanced Physical Therapy's COO, Sheila Denman, said, "We needed an
easier way to tell our story other than in print. Videos allow us to do
that in a concise manner. And it was easier and less expensive than I
anticipated."
