FRANKFURT, June 21 (Reuters) - MAN AG (MANG.DE) has won an order to build four diesel power plants in Pakistan by 2012, the German conglomerate said on Thursday.

The first plant, for which the contract has already been signed, will go live in March 2009. The order includes not just the plant, but also a 10-year operating and maintenance contract, MAN AG said in a statement.

"The order volume for this first stage is about 200 million euros" ($268.6 million), it added.
