MILAN May 27 (Reuters) - Italian toll-road company Atlantia (ATL.MI) sees no surprises in its second-quarter results as traffic levels on its highways stabilise, in spite of the economic downturn, CEO Giovanni Castellucci said on Wednesday.

"There are no surprises at the moment on results for the upcoming quarter," Castellucci told a Deutsche Bank investor event.

"Traffic figures show a 3-3.5 percent fall from the year earlier excluding special items. It is very positive that there has not been a further deterioration, traffic numbers have not been worsening since November."

Castellucci also said the company had the chance to grow further in Chile and Brazil.
