Erste Bank plans 1 bln euro covered bond -IFR

LONDON May 27 (Reuters) - Erste Bank (ERST.VI) plans to sell a 1 billion euro ($1.4 billion) seven-year covered bond, IFR reported on Wednesday.
Barclays Capital, Commerzbank and Erste Group itself will manage the sale of the bond, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
Guidance has been set at mid-swaps plus 115 to 120 basis points, added IFR. ($1=.7158 Euro) (Reporting by Natalie Harrison; Editing by Hans Peters)
