BreconRidge Announces Changes to Board of Directors and New Executive
Vice-President of Operations and Customer Service

OTTAWA, May 27 /PRNewswire/ - BreconRidge Corporation, a leader in
Collaborative Design and Manufacturing Services (CDM) announced today a change
in their Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
Effective immediately, Mr. Rahul Suri has been elected to replace Mr. Joe Culp
who has retired from the board. As a former executive at Celestica
Corporation, Mr Suri brings a broad range of skills and industry knowledge to
the board. Mr. Suri is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds an
M.A in Law from the University of Cambridge.
In addition, BreconRidge is pleased to announce that effective May 26, 2009
Mr. Michael Homer will be joining the Executive Leadership Team as Executive
Vice-President Operations and Customer Service. Previously, Mr. Homer held
several senior positions in operations at Psion Teklogix, Celestica, Honeywell
Canada, and Honeywell Aerospace. Mr. Homer holds a Bachelor's degree in
Engineering from McGill University.
