CyberShift Promotes Gene Wronko to Vice President of IT and On Demand Services

PARSIPPANY, NJ, May 27 (MARKET WIRE) --
CyberShift, a leading global provider of workforce management and
expense management software and services, today announced the promotion
of Gene Wronko to Vice President, IT and On Demand Services. He has served
as director of IT and On Demand Services (ITOD) for CyberShift since
November 2007.

In his expanded role, Wronko will be directly responsible for the
technical direction and operations of CyberShift's On Demand services, as
well as being directly responsible for Corporate IT, Information
Security, Business Continuity and Quality Assurance. He also serves as
the company's Information Security Officer.

Prior to joining CyberShift, Wronko held management and senior management

Web-based financial services. In this capacity, he was responsible for the
operations, SLA compliance, systems engineering, infrastructure and
disaster recovery systems for three of the company's five datacenters.
Prior to serving as managing director of IT at Online, Wronko served as
director of professional services for Incurrent Solutions, a leading
application service provider for the credit card issuer industry that was
purchased by Online Resources.

Wronko is a veteran of the United States Navy and earned a bachelor's
degree in business administration magna cum laude from Centenary College
in New Jersey. He also holds a Technical Support Certification from The
Chubb Institute and a Web Master Certification from the N.J. Institute of
Technology.
