ARLINGTON, VA, May 27 (MARKET WIRE) --
Plateau Systems, a leading provider of talent management software,
content and services, today announced that the company has again posted a
double digit revenue gain for its fiscal 2008, with recurring revenues
again comprising more than half of the company's total revenues. Despite
the volatile business climate that overshadowed much of 2008, Plateau saw
worldwide revenue and customer growth across all product lines,
solutions, geographies, market sectors and industries.

"Over the past eighteen months, Plateau has significantly expanded our
talent management suite and increased our global customer footprint. We
continue to deliver increasing value to both existing and new customers,"
said Paul Sparta, Plateau's Chairman and CEO. "Our ability to execute,
grow our customer base and achieve sustainable EBITDA and GAAP
