WENR Corporation Announces the Formation of a Production Company

LOS ANGELES and LAS VEGAS, May 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WENR Corp. (Pink
Sheets:WNRC) announced today plans to form a Media company in Nevada with the
primary emphasis being television production. The Board of Directors has agreed
to develop the media production company for the purpose of providing content for
cable television.

WENR was presented an opportunity to provide content for a cable company based
in Reno, Nevada, which has subscribers across California, Nevada and Utah. Dan
Green, of WENR said, "We are excited to use the marketing, media, and
advertising talents already within the company and will be looking for
individuals to develop and manage the production side."

Upon a successful entry into the market the Company plans to assist in the
expansion of the cable company to include the Mid-Atlantic States. The Company
has already begun these negotiations.

Shareholders will benefit from advertising revenue, distribution agreements,
