NexHorizon to Trade On Pink Sheets

WESTMINSTER, Colo., May 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NexHorizon Communications,
Inc. (Pink Sheets:NXHZ) today announced it will begin trading on the Pink Sheets
Quotation system. Calvin D. Smiley, Sr., NexHorizon Communications, Inc. CEO,
said, "It makes better financial sense for us at the moment to forego the
six-figure expense of maintaining our status as a fully-reporting company, and
to put those funds to work strengthening our organization and acquisition
strategy."

The Company is completing documentation to meet the requirements of Pink Sheets
to provide timely disclosure.
