Oasis Records Management Announces It Has Been Acquired by Sverica International and Housatonic Partners

Oasis Holdings Limited ("Oasis") announced today that it has been acquired by
Sverica International and Housatonic Partners.

Oasisis a growing company in the records storage industry, serving customers in
the financial, legal, healthcare, and government sectors. The company`s service
offerings include hard copy storage, media storage, imaging, digital archiving,
and destruction. Oasis is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with additional
offices in Belfast and London.
