announced that its services will be recommended to small businesses within the
new Peachtree Business Analytics portal. Originally co-founded by FTRANS
chairman John B. Hayes, Peachtree has developed Business Analytics to allow
small businesses to monitor their company's health and performance, uncover
problems and expose opportunities in addition to analyzing their performance
against industry competition. This software, scheduled for mass-market
release on June 1st, is developed in partnership with iLumen, a provider of

Under the arrangement, Peachtree Business Analytics, developed by iLumen, will
refer its small business customers that fall below the industry's average in
certain cash management metrics such as day sales outstanding (DSO) to FTRANS
for assistance in generating immediate capital and to professionally manage
their credit. After qualifying for FTRANS' services, small businesses can
then outsource the management of their accounts receivable to FTRANS. This
unfreezes the business's cash assets that are tied up in accounts receivables
within 3-4 days, allowing small businesses to quickly increase their cash on
hand - all while cutting cost on overhead and even increasing sales
opportunities.
