Deere & Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

MOLINE, Ill., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Deere & Company Board of
Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.28 a share on common
stock, payable August 3, 2009, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2009.
