DynCorp International Appoints Curtis Schehr to Newly Created Post of Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Counsel

FALLS CHURCH, Va.--(Business Wire)-- DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) has created a new senior executive position of Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Counsel. Mr. Curtis L. Schehr, currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, has been appointed to this position effective immediately. Mr. Schehr will report both to the President and CEO of DynCorp International, William L. Ballhaus, and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. In this new executive capacity, Mr. Schehr will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated governance, risk and compliance framework across the company that captures ethics, compliance and regulatory areas, and effectively supports an accountable and transparent business environment. He will have management oversight for the company`s ethics and business conduct program, related internal investigations, internal audit, and trade compliance, which includes all export and import activities. He will also have responsibility for other related regulatory and compliance matters.
