Colorado on behalf all persons or entities who purchased shares of Zynex, Inc.
("Zynex" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ZYXI) (Berlin:YU5) which was formerly known as
Zynex Medical Holdings, Inc., between May 21, 2008 and March 31, 2009 (the
