Titan Energy Worldwide Awarded Service and Maintenance Contract by Major Telecommunications Company

  MINNEAPOLIS, MN, May 27 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: TEWI) announced today that its
subsidiary, Titan Energy Systems, was awarded a contract by a major
wireless telecommunications company to provide repair and routine
maintenance for approximately 26 emergency backup engine generator
systems located at cellular towers in the state of Nebraska.

    The contract is a five year agreement worth $92,000 to perform scheduled
preventative maintenance as well as handle any necessary repairs.

    Stated Kyle Gillett, Service Manager for Titan Energy Systems, "With this
contract we now service well over 400 cellular sites in the region. These
multi-year maintenance contracts contribute significantly to the growth in
our service revenue during the past several months."
