2008 net profit distribution

In connection with the Announcement No. 13/2009 dated March 31, 2009, Bank BPH
kindly announces that today Annual General Meeting of the Bank has passed the
resolution on the profit distribution, in which no dividend for 2008 is
envisaged. The decision is in line with the Supervisory and Management Boards`
recommendations.
