Groundbreaking Singer/Songwriter Launches 26 City Summer Tour July 10
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Recently praised by Billboard magazine for possessing one of the most empowered
and engaged audiences in rock, Tori Amos continues to prove her fiercely loyal
fan base is `abnormally attracted` to her unique brand of innovative song
making. The trailblazing singer/songwriter made her Universal Republic debut a
memorable one landing the #9 spot on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart this
week with her new album, ABNORMALLY ATTRACTED TO SIN.

The new album also continues to garner critical raves, with Spin magazine noting
- 'On her tenth album, Tori Amos writes no less penetratingly than she did on
her first about the way women navigate the intersection of sex and power...' and
Popmatters writing: 'The towering assembly (ABNORMALLY ATTRACTED TO SIN) as a
whole rivals the best of U2, Coldplay or REM....'

ABNORMALLY ATTRACTED TO SIN was also buoyed by the launch of a deluxe version of
the album that includes a special extended booklet with digipak of the CD and
exclusive photos. This unique edition of ABNORMALLY ATTRACTED TO SIN also
includes, a DVD of 16 visualettes that correspond with each of the album's
tracks, a poster, and special access to Tori`s secret website where fans can
access bonus videos, news and updates from Tori.

Songs on the new album (produced by Tori, and featuring longtime contributors
Matt Chamberlain on drums, Jon Evans on bass, Mac Aladdin on guitars, as well as
Mark Hawley and Marcel Van Limbeek who recorded and mixed the CD) include
"Welcome to England," "Maybe California," "Curtain Call," "500 Miles," "Fire to
Your Plain," and "Ophelia."

Tori is also kicking off a summer concert jaunt in support of the new album -
the `SINFUL ATTRACTION` tour - which begins July 10th in Seattle, WA. The
superstar will be performing from coast-to-coast on a 26 city juggernaut that
lands her at Los Angeles' Greek Theatre on July 17th, Miami`s Jackie Gleason
Theater on July 29th, and New York City`s Radio City Music Hall on August 13th,
among many other venues. The tour will wind up at Boston`s Bank Of America
Pavilion on August 17th, with the singer/songwriter following up her U.S. trek
with a six week European tour. For more information head to www.toriamos.com.
