AUSTIN, Texas, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Fifth Generation' s Tito's Handmade
Vodka recently was named a 2008 "Hot Brand" in the April issue of Impact
Global Newsletter published by M. Shanken Communications, Inc., which also
publishes Wine Spectator, Cigar Aficionado, Food Arts and Market Watch. Impact
is the one source for information on the worldwide drinks market and the
leading magazine for top spirits executives in more than 50 countries.

Winners of the "Hot Brand" award have achieved at least 15% growth between
2007 and 2008 with a volume requirement of min 200,000 cases. Over the past
few years Tito's Handmade Vodka had made the "Hot Prospect" list as one of the
nation's most promising spirits. This elevated recognition is the result of
this American Craft Vodka's loyal consumer fan base. The Tito's Handmade Vodka
consumer franchise grew very rapidly as distribution expanded and the brand
launched its first National Magazine Ad campaign in 2008.

Founder and Master Distiller Tito Beveridge's reaction to the award was one
of very humbled thanks. "My goal 12 years ago was to produce a world class
vodka that consumers could enjoy at a reasonable price. I'm proud that there
still is opportunity in America for those that follow their dreams and are
willing to work very hard to achieve them."

This major accomplishment deserves acknowledgment, as Tito is still an
independent distiller employing just 17 people at his small original
distillery in Southeast Austin and handles all production and marketing in
house. This achievement is even more impressive considering last year's
economic downturn negatively impacted many leading brands.

"We are thankful our distributor and trade partners were able to capitalize on
the powerful combination Tito's offers discerning consumers. Award winning
Handmade American quality Vodka presented in an unpretentious package at a
fair price is resonating extremely well with consumers looking for an
alternative to the Mass produced brands," said Peter Angus VP Sales.

Tito's Handmade Vodka sales were approximately 250,000 9l cases in 2008 and
achieved 25% percent growth from 2007 to 2008.

Founded in 1997, Bert "Tito" Beveridge, now a 40 something geophysicist
obtained the first legal permit to distill in Texas and created Tito's
Handmade Vodka, distilling it 6 times from corn in an old fashioned pot still
that he built himself. The vodka soon went on to win the prestigious Double
Gold Unanimous Judges Choice at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition
and has been receiving critical acclaim ever since for its impeccably pure
taste and affordability.
