Medical Facilities Among Finalists for Greater Dallas Business Ethics Awards

DALLAS, May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Balfour Beatty Construction and Sleep Experts
have been honored as the recipients of the 2009 Greater Dallas Business Ethics
Awards. Two area medical facilities, Texas Institute for Surgery, L.L.P. and
Frisco Medical Center, L.L.P., were among the nine finalists.

The other 2009 finalists were: Altair Global Relocation, American Fuel
Distributors, L.P., Aspire, Cadence McShane Construction Company and The Dwyer
Group. Balfour Beatty Construction was honored in the mid-sized category.
Sleep Experts was honored in the small company category. There were no large
company submissions this year.

The Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award recognizes local corporations that
have made a commitment to ethical business practices and demonstrate a
commitment to ethical business practices in their everyday operations,
management philosophies and in response to crises or challenges.

"These two companies are terrific examples of businesses operating under
ethical principles and doing the right thing for their company and the clients
they serve, which is particularly rewarding to see during this trying economic
climate. Their work reinforces the positive, ethical values of our local
business community and beyond," says Gary Morris, founder and chair of the
Awards committee.

Daisy Brand, recipient of the 2008 Greater Dallas Business Ethics Awards'
mid-size company recognition was honored for earning the national 2008
American Business Ethics Award, which was presented in Las Vegas in December.
Daisy Brand joins EDS, Community Management Associates, TDIndustries and
Trammell Crow Company as Dallas award winners who have gone on to win national
honors. The Staubach Company received an ABEA honorable mention.

Other past Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award winners include Ellis -
Partners in Mystery Shopping, Wishbone Graphics, Castro Roofing of Texas,
Community Management Associates, Atmos Energy, The Container Store, Dave &
Buster's, EDS, Fluor Corp., HKS, Regeneration Partners, TELOS Fitness Center,
TXU and Weir's Furniture Village.

served as sponsors of the ninth annual awards presentation.

The Greater Dallas Business Ethics Awards are presented by the Dallas Chapter
of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Financial Planning
Association of Dallas/Fort Worth, Edwin L. Cox School of Business and Cary M.
Maguire Center for Ethics and Public Responsibility at Southern Methodist
University, and the North Texas Ethics Association.
