Stratus Media Group, Inc. ("SMDI"), a leading live entertainment company, today
announced the appointment of Emanuele Rossi as Vice President International
Business Development, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Most recently, Rossi served as Logistics and Communication Manager for the
Swiss-based company Exclusive Events S.A., where he planned and coordinated
worldwide motor sports events, conceived and implemented the company`s public
relations and communication strategy, and developed the strategic international
corporate network for the company`s expansion into Far East Asia, Middle East
and the U.S. Rossi served for two years as a board member of Pitagora Management
Sàrl, a Swiss company specializing in private equity advisory and project
management.
Before joining Exclusive Events, Rossi spent two years in communication and
marketing for the Cisneros Television Group in Miami, a leading Latin American
TV broadcaster and TV channel owner, to consolidate their leading position in
South and Central America, as well as enhancing corporate relations with
European counterparts. Prior to that he worked for major sailing live events
such as the round the world race Volvo Trophy (formerly Whitbread) and Swedish
Match sailing cup in Sweden.
Rossi received a bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and Diplomatic Policy
from the University of Florence, Italy. Rossi is capable of working in four
languages and has excellent intercultural communication capabilities.
