KNIGHTSBRIDGE, LONDON, May 27 (MARKET WIRE) --
The nation's heart charity, The British Heart Foundation (BHF), recently
awarded specialist nursing agency Health Professionals, a sole agency
agreement for the provision of all new temporary healthcare recruitment.

Significantly, during the busy Christmas period of 2008, Health
Professionals sourced, vetted and placed highly skilled cardiac RNs in
just a few days, ready to man the BHF's Heart Helpline for an immediate
New Year start. Health Professionals is predominantly staffed by
Registered Nurses (RNs); so understands nursing in both theory and
practice.

The agency is currently providing a team of expert dieticians and heart
health advisors for the BHF's nationwide "Heart Health Road Show"
campaign, which commenced on 24th April, in east London. The Road Shows
will run in this location for the next four months, before travelling to
other parts of the UK.

BHF's Recruitment Manager, Rebecca Birs says: "Coming from a medical
background, I'm well aware that there are plenty of agencies who
consistently make attractive and far-reaching promises, but often fail to
deliver.

"Health Professionals both promises and delivers. Our call for highly
skilled cardiac nurses just before last Christmas was a tall, but vital,
order. Not only did they react quickly despite the holiday period, they
also worked throughout the festivities to deliver high calibre cardiac
RNs, ready to go on duty by 6th January this year. Our experience of
their responsive and cost-effective service, subsequently led us to award
them a sole agency agreement, to provide all new temporary healthcare
staff for the BHF."

Alongside the road shows, Health Professionals has just completed
registration of more specialist cardiac trained nurses - in addition to
those involved in the January helpline campaign - to coordinate the BHF's
cardiac telephone helpline. The Help line is now live.

Health Professionals' Registered Manager, Michele Jogee, RN, comments:
"As a team, we're delighted to be working with the BHF, on both
specialist campaigns, and general temporary recruitment. Finding the
right specialist nurses for the right nursing jobs is always a challenge,
but one which we meet with commitment and confidence.

"It has to be the right fit on both sides, and it's significant that the
nurses we're placing with the BHF are extremely pleased to be working
with such a prestigious and pioneering organisation. They're expanding
their cardiac skill sets by caring for patients needing critical care and
advice."
