MILAN May 27 (Reuters) - Italian debt-laden yellow pages company Seat Pagine Gialle SpA (PGIT.MI) sees second-quarter results in line with targets, its chief financial officer said on Wednesday.

Seat is targeting 2009 earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of about 560 million euros.

"Results are quite positive," Massimo Cristofori said on the sidelines of a conference.

Seat will release its first-half results on Aug. 7.

Cristofori also reiterated there was no concrete plan to buy out its bond even though the "hypothesis" could be interesting.

On concerns for another capital increase by 2012, he said: "I don't know what the credit market will be in 2012 ... It doesn't make sense to make forecasts now."

Seat, which recently completed a 200 million euro ($279.4 million) capital increase, has said several times it would have to refinance its debt in 2012.

At 0842 GMT, Seat shares were up 2.78 percent to 0.2182 euros and Milan's Mibtel .MIBTEL index was up 0.28 percent.
