New Issue-Talisman Energy sells $700 mln in 10-year snr notes
May 27 (Reuters) - Canadian oil and gas producer Talisman Energy Inc. (TLM.N) (TLM.TO) on Wednesday sold $700 million in 10-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $500 million.
Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, and RBC were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
