Long time members and supporters of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce,
Autumn Leaf Investment Club uses its time and energy to help save a family from
foreclosure
TEMECULA, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Diedre Ann McKinney, a 62 year old grandmother, and her family coming together
to survive these difficult times in Riverside County are losing their home and
don`t know where to turn. They find Autumn Leaf Investment Club and ask for
help. Autumn Leaf Investment Club`s President/CEO remembers helping the family
purchase their home years ago and with no reason, other than to help within the
local community, sets out to do what can be done to help.

With so much in the media regarding programs, the bail out and help for the home
owner, you`d think getting something worked out with the mortgage company would
be easy. Diedre Ann McKinney was overwhelmed and could not find anyone who
didn`t just tell her; "Contact your mortgage company." Diedre and her family
found that the mortgage company didn`t know what was going on either; that was
only found out when they were able to answer the phone at all. EMC Mortgage is
caught in the same overwhelming system that we all are and Autumn Leaf
Investment Club wants to thank EMC Mortgage and their helpful service
representatives for allowing Autumn Leaf Investment Club to be part of the
solution. Autumn Leaf Investment Club has found that what is needed more than
anything is more time. There simply isn`t enough time to help everyone.

Autumn Leaf Investment Club was able to make contact and figure out that
Diedre`s mortgage had been moved from a subsidiary to a parent company and been
lost in the shuffle. After locating the loan and then gathering the required
information, Autumn Leaf Investment Club was able to successfully help Diedre
and her family to work out a recovery plan. The plan included a release from all
past due payments, late fees and interest. The plan also included a dramatically
reduced monthly payment and a principal balance reduction. While this would not
have been possible without the cooperation of the owner and the mortgage
company, the Obama Plan made it possible for all parties to successfully save
this family's home.

Diedre Ann McKinney says, "I don`t know what we would have done without Autumn
Leaf Investment Club. I will eternally be grateful for their time and
generosity." Diedre`s family includes a granddaughter that she is raising along
with her husband, who was laid off due to downsizing in this economy. Autumn
Leaf Investment Club says, "With so much chaos in this industry and with so many
falling through the cracks in the system, we had to do everything we could to
help."

Autumn Leaf Investment Club is making itself available to help others at an
event on May 28, 2009 at the Norwalk Marriot Hotel. Autumn Leaf Investment Club
has also begun scheduling monthly workshops to help the consumer and homeowners
stay informed and show that there is hope and help out there for everyone. These
events are focused on serving the community and are held at no charge to
attendees.
