Director Jake Kasdan enrolls for "Bad Teacher"

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Jake Kasdan, who most recently co-wrote and directed "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story," has signed on to shoot the comedy "Bad Teacher."

The Columbia Pictures project concerns a foul-mouthed seventh grade teacher who is dumped by her sugar daddy and starts to pursue a colleague, which provokes conflict with the school's model teacher. Kasdan's credits also include "The TV Set" and "Zero Effect."
