CLEVELAND, May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The signature overstuffed sandwiches of

"Panini's Bar & Grill has redefined the art of sandwich making in Cleveland
with its mile-high signature sandwiches, loaded with fresh-cut French fries
and cole slaw. It makes for an unmistakable dining experience, and BAA
Cleveland is pleased that it has forged an agreement with United Concessions
Group to open a Panini's at the new AIRMALL(R)," said Mark Knight, president
of BAA Cleveland. "The addition of Panini's Bar & Grill to the wide array of
restaurants, bars and fast-casual offerings at the new AIRMALL(R) represents
BAA's ongoing commitment to creating a strategic mix of local and national
concepts, all at 'Regular Mall Prices...Guaranteed.'"

Established in 1986 in the Cleveland Flats, Panini's Bar & Grill has grown
from a neighborhood sandwich shop to a respected restaurant brand across the
state of Ohio with nearly 20 locations. Along with its signature overstuffed
sandwiches, Panini's serves appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, pizza,
wings and burgers, all freshly prepared on the premises.

When it opens on Concourse C at the AIRMALL(R) at CLE, the new Panini's Bar &
Grill (approximately 1,700 sq. ft.) will include a full-service restaurant and
bar.

"Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is focused on giving travelers
quality dining options, especially ones that represent the best that Cleveland
has to offer," said Ricky Smith, director of Cleveland Hopkins International
Airport. "Panini's Bar & Grill will certainly add local flavor to the
offerings and contribute to an enhanced passenger experience. We are
delighted to welcome them to the new concessions program."

As part of the redevelopment of concessions at CLE, United Concessions Group
will close its Cleveland Fruit and Nut shop on Sunday, May 31, 2009. The
space occupied by the store is earmarked for further development in the near
future.

The AIRMALL(R) is being developed by BAA Cleveland, which has been
commissioned by the City of Cleveland to manage concessions at CLE. The city
anticipates the AIRMALL(R) will double the current participation rate of local
and minority-owned companies, double the number of concession jobs and double
retail sales figures during the next decade. When complete, the AIRMALL(R) at
CLE will occupy 76,000 square feet of retail space.
