Cirrus Logic`s Annual Stockholders' Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) July

meeting is limited to Cirrus Logic stockholders as of the May 27, 2009 record
date. Attendees should arrive with a valid proxy or other proof of ownership,
