NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
2BeeGames.com today announced the ten finalists in the first ever 2BeeGames
Indie Gaming Competition, a contest highlighting innovative new video games
being created by independent developers worldwide. The website has now opened
its doors to the community, and users everywhere can now play these remarkable
independent games and vote for their favorite for the first time.

2BeeGames is pleased to announce the 10 finalists: Aces Wild by developer Tyler
Doak; Auditorium from Cipher Prime; Buccaneer Battle by Nick & Ansel; Bumps by
Utopian Games; (Don`t) Save the Princess from Shen Games; Heresy War by Dream
Builder Studios; Save the Planet by Edouard Mercure; Storm from Terence Lee; The
Pretender-Part One from Launching Pad Games; and Totem Destroyer 2 by Gabriel
Ochsenhofer.

In March, 2BeeGames began taking submissions for an indie gaming competition,
offering a $10,000 cash grand prize, a $5,000 prize to the audience favorite,
and a $2,500 runner-up prize for the most unique, innovative, and entertaining
games from independent developers worldwide. In addition to the cash prizes,
every entry has been given the chance of securing a publishing deal with Zoo
Games, Inc., often involving a port to one or more major consoles or handheld
gaming systems.

The submission period was a fantastic success. Over 80 independent games from
developers worldwide were submitted to the site during the six week submission
period. From RPG`s to puzzle games to action platformers, the variety of games
submitted truly highlights the amazing creativity of the indie developer.

Voting begins today at 2BeeGames.com. The rules are simple. Anyone can join "The
Hive" (the 2Bee community) and play all of these fantastic games simply by
registering at the site. When players decide which game they like the best, they
cast their vote in the online ballot on the site`s homepage. But a word of
caution-each week, registrants only get one vote, so players must choose
carefully.

Round One of voting ends on June 7th at 11:59pm. Each week, the two finalists
with the lowest number of votes will be eliminated from contention, like a
talent competition, encouraging community members to return weekly to support
their favorite game.

See what all the buzz is about this week as 2BeeGames will be attending the E3
Electronics Expo in Los Angeles, CA. Stop by the booth in the West Hall #5173 to
play all of the finalists and vote on the spot. Or check it out online at
