Transfer of Shares held in Treasury

Misys plc announces that on 1 June 2009 it transferred to participants in its
employee share scheme 22,174 ordinary shares at a price of £nil per share. The
shares were all formerly held as Treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of Treasury, Misys plc holds a total
of 47,504,740 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares
in issue (excluding Treasury shares) is 547,079,439 .
