SmithAmundsen Announces the Addition of Ronald Stadler as a Partner

announce that Ronald Stadler has joined the firm's Milwaukee, Wisconsin office
as a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group.

Mr. Stadler has over twenty years of experience as a trial attorney and
advisor to his clients in the areas of labor and employment law, school law,
commercial litigation, and municipal law. Mr. Stadler regularly advises
private and public sector employers on labor and employment matters. He has
extensive experienced in collective bargaining, union contract administration,
grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour issues, unemployment
compensation, workers' compensation, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family
and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination
issues, hiring and firing issues, plant closing issues, and health insurance
matters.

Mr. Stadler also regularly represents school districts throughout the state of
Wisconsin on all aspects of school law. Mr. Stadler's experience includes
special education matters, student discipline, teacher and administrator
non-renewal, labor and employment law issues, collective bargaining, grievance
and interest arbitration, board policies and governance, and Open Meetings and
Public Records issues.

Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Mr. Stadler was a shareholder at a prominent
Port Washington, Wisconsin firm. He received a B.S. from the University of
Wisconsin-LaCrosse and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
