Total Voting Rights 

In conformity with the FSA`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ARC
International plc (the "Company") is required to notify the market of the
following: 

As at 31 May 2009, the Company`s issued share capital consisted of 154,067,493
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting
rights. There are no shares held in treasury. 

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
FSA`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
