Dhillon brings extensive federal law enforcement policy background, litigation
expertise to growing Dallas firm

the former director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of

Mr. Dhillon joins the firm following a series of high-level positions with the
federal government where he demonstrated expertise in drafting and

authorization procedures, among other areas.

Most recently, Mr. Dhillon served as the nation's first director of the Office
of Counternarcotics Enforcement for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Senate. Mr. Dhillon previously served as the Justice Department's Associate
Deputy Attorney General responsible for anti-gang initiatives. In that
capacity, he also played key roles in formulating and implementing Justice
Department policies relating to violent crime, capital punishment, explosives,
firearms and civil liberties.

Additionally, Mr. Dhillon served as the first chief counsel and deputy staff
director for the House Select Committee on Homeland Security, policy director
for the U.S. House Republican Policy Committee, and senior investigative
counsel for the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. As an
assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, Mr. Dhillon
led complex, multiple-defendant prosecutions involving money laundering, alien
smuggling, major narcotics trafficking organizations, and violent criminal
activity.
