WESTMINSTER, Md.--(Business Wire)--
The office of Congressman Roscoe Bartlett and international hunger relief
organization Feed The Children will be teaming up at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June
2 to distribute a semi tractor-trailer full of boxes of food and personal care
items to Westminster Rescue Mission (658 Lucabugh Mill Road).

The 400 families to receive this donation have been pre-identified by Hereford
United Methodist Church, a Feed The Children partner agency. The boxes are
designed to help supplement a family for up to one week.

"We are so thankful to Congressman Bartlett`s generosity and support of our
neighbors in Maryland," said Larry Jones, founder and president of Feed The
Children. "Four hundred families will receive a week`s worth of food and
personal care items today and for that, we say `Thank you` to Congressman
Bartlett."

(Media note: Congressman Bartlett will not be present at the truck
distribution.)
