Fitch Withdraws Perry Global Funding Limited Ratings

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'F1+' and 'F1' rating for Perry Global Funding
Limited's (Perry Global), series A and series B asset-backed commercial paper
(ABCP), respectively, and the 'A+' rating for any liquidity purchase advances to
Perry Global under the Liquidity Asset Purchase Agreement. The actions follow
the termination of the program. All outstanding ABCP has been repaid.

Perry Global was an ABCP program sponsored by Bank of America, National
Association.
