announce that its clients, Boston Rack International, a leading integrator of
commercial racking systems, and Base Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of
structural and roll-formed racking, are joining forces to create Elite Storage
Solutions, Inc. Peter Murphy of Boston Rack has become Chairman and CEO of
Elite Storage Solutions while Steven South of Base Manufacturing has become
President and COO of Elite.
