Voting Rights and Capital as at 31 May 2009

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR5.6.

During the month of May 2009 Fidelity European Values PLC repurchased 165,500
of its own shares.

As at 31 May 2009 Fidelity European Values PLC's issued share capital consists
of 53,107,714 ordinary shares with voting rights. Fidelity European Values PLC
holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Fidelity European Values PLC is
53,107,714.

The above figure (53,107,714) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Fidelity European
Values PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
